WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
1. Client commitment - mood boarding.
2. Create conceptual floor plans for client approval.
3. Finalize set (floor plans, cabinetry, lighting, finish plans, etc.)
4. Provide project timeline.
WHAT IS THE DESIGN PHASE?
1. Hard cost design specifications are selected based on agree upon budget.
2. Design specifications are presented: plumbing, trim, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, accessories, furniture, wall finish and window coverings.
3. Completion of design and renderings/design boards.
4. Follow the construction process and work closely with contractors through completion.
